Khargone is a tribal area just 150 km away from Indore. Here, Asthagram is situated on a land spread over 12 acres. Here 50 Divyang children (blind, deaf and intellectually disabled) and other 200 tribal children from remote villages who are deprived of the facility of education, have a hostel and a regular school up to class VIII. The aim is to provide all round development in a positive and inclusive environment to all children. There is a staff of dedicated teachers and caretakers who are personally involved in teaching various activities like Yoga, Malkham, other sports and Music. Along with this, children are taught skills like gardening, cooking, stitching, etc to make them self reliant and confident. Nutritious food is also catered for them. Furthermore,there is an ashram for destitute women in Asthagram where there are about 11 women at present and are being looked after with love and care.

Under environmental protection 5000 trees have been planted and the process of tree plantation continues. While everyone here is working hard to keep the spirit alive and doing their best to keep Asthagram functional,we at Asthagram, are in constant need of some funds to continue this noble work. Believe that every drop counts and can fill an ocean. Therefore, it is a humble request to all of you to cooperate in this work as much as possible and contribute in the development of Aastha Gram.

Donation given to Aastha Gram is also exempted under the Income Tax Act 1961 section 80G.Everybody is invited to visit Aastha Gram and see our activities and give their valuable suggestions. Hoping for your cooperation as much as possible.
